Founded as a full service architectural design firm, CRAIG GAMBILL ARCHITECT brings with it over 15 years of experience in the housing industry.  We have been integral to the design and success of hundreds of residential and commercial projects both domestically and internationally.  Our past project types have included custom homes, traditional SFD developments, multi-family condos and apartments, golf clubhouses, small commercial centers, and community clubhouses.  This variety allows us to attack our projects from multiple angles and provide new, creative, and innovative solutions.

Creating sustainable architecture is always a concern for us at CRAIG GAMBILL ARCHITECT.  We are LEED Accredited and strive to make “green” architecture part of our firms culture.  Our ultimate goal is to design the features in without compromising design integrity or significantly impacting cost.

CRAIG GAMBILL ARCHITECT

Craig Gambill was raised in the architecturally rich area of Santa Barbara.  It was there that he developed his passion for the built environment.  He went on to attend California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo from which he graduated in 1993.  He has worked in the merchant housing industry for more than 15 years, servicing clients such as Lennar Communities, Standard Pacific Homes, Centex Homes, Shea Homes, and several large international builders.  The passion he developed early in life, fostered the many years of experience in the housing industry, led him to found CRAIG GAMBILL ARCHITECT in January of 2009.
